Allyse's Bridal is pleased to introduce an exciting program and we need you! We are looking for classy, bright young women to be on the Allyse's Fashion Team. We will select one Fashion Team member from every Utah high school.

You might be wondering "what's in it for me?" Well, here is a list:

• Every Team Member will receive a dress for PROM 2008 absolutely FREE of Charge. That means you can pick any PROM dress from Allyse's Bridal for next year's PROM without paying a dime for it.
• Each Team Member will come to Allyse's Bridal for a 3-day workshop, June 28th - June 30th, 2007 to learn basics about modeling, design and have a formal dance.
• Team Members will help create next year's line of PROM dresses. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to learn more about fashion design or wanting to have their dream dress idea created and sold in Allyse's Bridal.
• Team Members will model in a modest fashion show where you will demonstrate everything you learned at the camp; you will have a blast!
• Team Members will also participate in a professional photo shoot and have their portrait shown in next year's Allyse's Prom Catalog, which will be distributed to thousands across the nation. This is a great opportunity for those wanting to build a modeling portfolio.

So now you're thinking "What does a Fashion Team Member do?" It is simple.

• You pass out Allyse's Bridal Catalogs and attain names of girls interested in modest gowns.
• You participate and model in our Homecoming Fashion Show in September of 2007 and Prom Fashion Show in February of 2008.
• There is a 3-day Mandatory workshop, June 28th -June 30th 2007 in Orem where you will learn to model, design basics, have a dance and participate in a modest fashion show while having a fun time. The workshop is FREE for Fashion Team members. We do similar workshops for non-fashion team members for $650, so you're getting a steal.
• You are required to model and hand out catalogs at 4 bridal fairs throughout the year of 2007 and 2008.
• You pay a $25.00 Registration Fee to be on the Allyse's Fashion Team.
• You and your parents will sign a talent release form allowing us to put your picture in the Beautifully Modest catalog.

Now you want to know how to become a Fashion Team member. That's easy.

• Print off the application form that follows this page.
• Fill it out completely.
• Return it to Allyse's Bridal along with a reference letter from someone who is not related to you and two photos of yourself (1 close up and 1 full length).
• You will then set up an interview time by calling Allyse's Bridal at #801-226-4706
• Applications and interviews need to be turned in and scheduled before April 1st, 2007.
• New Fashion Team members will be notified by April 30, 2007.
